Update #4 - Narrative Formulation June 7, 2020

The China Leadership Dilemma intends to be a narrative that’s a mix between NLP, Professional Career Development, and Doing Business in China. Instead of explaining Chinese history, culture, business practices, and geopolitical trends; my intention is to guide the reader on a personal development journey. The protagonist is an American doing business in China, and the antagonist is his inner voice, which is skeptical of everything he perceives in China.

Latest Blog ---- According to the Confucian hierarchical system of maintaining social order, Chinese are taught since birth to obey the authorities rather than follow the literal interpretation of the law.

Americans are taught to obey the law and stay out of trouble. But for different demographic groups of Americans, obeying the authorities charged with enforcing the law is an entirely different experience that involves disparate levels of personal risk.

This is why #BLACKLIVESMATTER has become a movement that is embraced by all Americans and spreading quickly all over the world.
