Update #10 - Ramping Up: Book Cover, Release date, Other News Aug. 24, 2021

Hi everyone!


I know it’s been a while and there are a lot of exciting developments to share.   let’s get right to it:


1.  Here’s the cover to The Choreography of Customer Service

2. The Release Date is set for February 1st, 2022 - provided that I continue to meet all my deadlines with the publisher. 

3. Currently I’m working through a final layer of edits before the book goes to the typesetting department. 

4.   Some of you have asked and I wanted to let you know that I’m working with Post Hill Press on another preorder campaign to hopefully create a lot of buzz for the book… and value to everyone that supports it. 

5.   I’m resuming my book/travel schedule in September now that our kids are back in school. If we still need to arrange something, shoot me an email and we can coordinate calendars.
