Update #2 - Q&A: What Will I do with all the Extra Books? Oct. 17, 2020

Thank you to everyone who has preordered their books so far!  117 preorders and I just found out that The Choreography of Customer Service has the interest of 2 different publishers already!  

(*insert freaked out sweaty emoji here*). 

Question:  What will I do with a bunch of extra books???

Answer:   This weekend you'll start to see some updates on Facebook and Instagram about the new #SupportaSmallBiz campaign.  

If you aren't sure about some of the higher tiered bonuses due to the potential of swimming in extra books, here are some great ideas to consider.   Consider donating the extra copies!  

Here's how: 

1.  Your local chamber of commerce, downtown association, or other business association.  We'll inscribe it on your behalf with a message of your choosing.  For example: 

"We love our local businesses and hope this helps you come back better than ever!"  

Your friends at [Insert your business name]

2.  Another option, is hand delivering the book as a gift

We have done this with masks and bandanas in our local communities through the pandemic and it has been a wonderful way to create a great connection and give without expectation.  Taking it a little further, it's a great piece of content for your social, and a nice way to create a potential business collaboration in the future.
