Who is this book for?

Everyone has the scope to get better at loving their partner and receiving the love back. It is never too early or never too late to work on any relationship. There is always a possibility to take your life to the next level. 

Chapter Outline

I promise you that if you diligently go through each of the 10 principles in this book and start applying them one by one in your life, you’ll start seeing miracles. The nagging wife will start supporting your new project. The husband who doubts your intentions will start trusting you with his secrets. This book is not a magic wand that you can wave to fix your partner! It’s in fact just the opposite of that. It’s a set of guidelines, which if you follow can work like magic in making you a better spouse. As the Universe follows the law of reciprocity, you’ll begin to see similar results in your partner as well.

This is not a quick fix solution. Every happy couple that I’ve met follow these fundamental rules all the time. You too can become the ideal couple that the world admires if you are willing to do what it takes.

• Principle #2: You should have gratitude & appreciation for your spouse
• Principle #3: You should perform tasks together
• Principle #4: You should give space
• Principle #5: You should accept your spouse in totality
• Principle #6: You should be completely honest & open about your life
• Principle #7: You should create & abide by the Code of Honor
• Principle #8: You should have the mindset of giving
• Principle #9: You should live in the present
• Principle #10: You should forgive your spouse

None of the principles in this book will be drastically new or something you’ve never heard before. But they may be the things that you’ve forgotten to practice for a long time. If you take the action that I prescribe at the end of every chapter and follow it religiously, you will start seeing marriage as the biggest blessing in your life. About the Author

I am Girish Kumar, a relationship healer from India and the founder of Human Connect, a personal transformation company. Right from my young age, I have got this unique gift of healing people through my prayers. As I started growing up, I began questioning the causes and consequences of this divine intervention in my life. This quest for knowledge led me to formally learn and practice many energy healing techniques like Pranic healing, Theta Healing, Crystal Healing, Reiki, Sujok, Naadi therapy, Psychotherapy etc. This combined wisdom gave me the insight to develop my own healing technique called ‘TRAMA Tuning’. TRAMA™ is the acronym for Transforming Relationships & Manifesting Abundance. This technique is based on the fact that everything in this Universe works based on energy. The Universe always provides us with abundance. But we human beings are not completely tuned to receive this abundance from the Universe. Our limiting beliefs and non-supportive thoughts block our energies from flowing freely. Using TRAMA Tuning™, I help my clients to remove the blocks in their energy body and experience abundance in every aspect of their life, with prime focus on relationship.

Why did I write this book?

When I met the love of my life, Jyotsna, I instantly knew that she was the one. But we gave it 5 years time to understand each other, grow in our career and finally tie the knot. It has been many years since and I can proudly say that marrying Jyotsna has been the best decision of my life. We enjoy each other’s company and continue to be the best of friends.

People keep asking us to share our secret for a happy marriage. That’s when we realised that we have been doing many things right, without our knowledge. We have been following certain principles that make us tick. We’ve also had our ups and downs just like everybody else, but we have our own way of protecting and nurturing our relationship.

When I saw plenty of couples who are not fully aligned with each other, I realised that my life purpose is to help people transform their relationships. After helping several clients, I decided to spread this wisdom to many more people around the world by writing this book. Apart from sharing the principles that have worked for me and my wife, I also drew references from the lives of the couples I’ve coached and observed, to arrive at the 10 Guiding Principles that I’ve explained in the book.

I strongly believe that Jyotsna and I have grown abundantly in every area of our life because of the strong foundation of our relationship. If this critical aspect of your life is taken care of, it is going to be very easy to master your health, money, career and everything else.
