I waited 3-weeks for my order and it comes to find out that I should've received my order in 2-days..... I had multiple representatives to argue me until they were blue in the face, and ultimately--they were wrong. I wasn't mean about it or anything, I just knew that my customer experience was nothing short of horrid, lol.
