Update #10 - Into the second half!! Aug. 17, 2018

I wanted to share with everyone a letter I received from a notable publishing company today a week after I sent them the full manuscript. I have omitted the publisher's name. Our agreement is that we will not endorse or contract with any publisher until the campaign has run its course, but I thought the letter was of value to send to you, since it was the Publisher, himself, who wrote it and, obviously, read the book.

Dear Dee

Once I saw the subject matter of your story, I decided to read it myself and what a great decision that was. You have created two highly credible human beings, albeit in supernatural circumstances. In fact, all your characters are well-drawn and will resonate well with the readers. There are many twists and turns in your story which is beautifully told.

Now to more practical matters. Yes, I would love to publish this book for you. There are some typos in the story but that is our job to rectify together with a full format. If we publish the story, that is our worry and we receive many manuscripts in far worse shape than yours.

I am inserting below a Publishing Proposal for Sarah & Caleb - The Integration Attempt. Please read it carefully and ask for clarification of any items you feel are not adequately explained. Then, if you wish to proceed, the proposal would form a major part of a Publishing Agreement that would be legally binding on signature. In the meantime there is no obligation either way.

I hope we may have the pleasure of welcoming you to the growing band of ***** published authors.

Kind regards

Not a bad letter, and not a bad proposal, from what I have seen of it. On a sad note, we were passed by another book and now sit in second place in the sci-fi category, though I'm not sure why since Sarah and Caleb is so much better than the other one :)!

Just 12 more days. Help us finish with a flurry. Tell someone about the book and have them go to publishizer.com, scroll to the "Browse Proposals" button, find Sarah and Caleb and follow the instructions for ordering. Thanks so much for all your amazing support and help.
