PHEW - What a journey! It's a special day for me today because I crossed 20,000 words written of The Self-Care Habit!
It is a surreal feeling because every single week the idea of writing a book is extremely daunting. I wonder how this will ever happen because it feels like an impossible humongous mountain to climb.
I also face my constant inner negative voices every day. That I have nothing to write, no one will want to read this, this is too hard, and the infamous, "I just suck."
The truth is... you keep me going. Your waiting for a published copy of this book keeps me on my toes! And it reminds me that hey... someone does want to read your book Aditi!
I've been writing all weekend and I'm excited to stop now and enjoy the rest of my Sunday before I am back to coaching my clients tomorrow. I just wanted to write you this note to celebrate this milestone.
