#TogetherWeAreBetter
The Unique Individual You presents compelling neuroscience research that shows us how women's brains are wired for empathy, intuition, and collaboration, which are the same qualities people are more often looking for in their leaders today. It is an inspiring and action-orientated book for women on how to build leadership confidence, mentoring skill-sets, and cognitive presence.

Happy Saturday Friends,
Just wanting to share some updates on the publication process of my women in leadership book "The Unique Individual You." My draft of my book of all 10 chapters has been submitted to my publisher Bright Communications and is being read and reviewed by the final copy editor. This is an exciting phase as to receive critical and insightful feedback to ensure all the content flows, grammar is diligently checked and rephrasing of written words and paragraphs is refined to ensure the reader relates to the main concepts of each chapter. This process will take place over the next two months.
Another exciting update is Jennifer Bright, CEO of Bright Communications is working with me and a creative graphic design artist to finalize the cover of my book. We have gone through three rounds of revisions, and it is almost ready to reveal. So hopefully the end of June I will be able to reveal the beautiful cover to all of you. I can't wait!
We are ahead of our publishing game plan. We had predicted the publication of this book to be released by December, yet due to meeting and exceeding agreed upon deadlines, it now looks like my book will be published and released by early October. YAE!!!!
Lastly, to compliment my women in leadership book, I have written a children's STEM picture book "Discover the Unique Individual You." This children's picture book will also be released at the same time in October, and can be purchased as a creative bundle with the leadership book or as a separate purchase. More info coming of where to purchase from my website at http://NaomiHarm.org and ALL the major online venues, and brick and mortar stores still in business.
I am so grateful to be working with a local children's illustrator right here in Chandler, Arizona. Joni Nemeth specializes in a paper craft and painting technique to create the final illustrations from her draft sketches. You can checkout her specialty work and her paper making process on her website https://www.joninemeth.com
Because all of you were my first backers, you will be receiving the children's STEM picture book for FREE as a thank you gift for supporting my campaign from the very beginning. And if you are interested, here is a sneak peak of some of the draft sketches featuring the main character Madelyn Ann. YES.... you guessed it, the main character is my 7 year old granddaughter Madelyn Ann who loves everything STEM in her world :-)
Enjoy your weekend everyone! Please make time to put yourself and family first!
