Hello from Kyoto!

I just wanted you to know that this afternoon brought me up to 417 pre-orders, and I've received a number of sincere promises from former students, colleagues and peers from around the world letting me know that they plan to pre-order soon.  

But just to make sure that I don't have an uncomfortable time on Friday during my presentation on The Value Plan in Tokyo, I'm wondering if you could help me make one last outreach effort to friends and colleagues who might be interested in The Value Plan process and framework.
