ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Harrell was born in North Carolina, Camp LaJuan, and is a graduate of the Art from San Diego Mesa Community College, also a graduate of multimedia from Platt college in San Diego Ca. In 2010 Harrell survived a horrific altercation with SDPD. The result of this, is his 1st novel.

"With my mind I was able to turn a life and death situation into a positive life changing situation.

I'm not saying this book is about that experience directly No, that's to come.

This book is about winning against all odds, with your mind and not your physical strength.

Yes this is a fiction, but the ingredients used to finish this book, are not".

Harrell was interviewed the year of 2014 for being a victim of police brutality in San Diego in the year of 2010, the things Harrell had to endure during the brutality, and while the case was still being trailed, is what Harrell used to not be the typical "Nigga with money, by staying in ignorant bliss. But to become the rope to intellectual awareness for my fellow crawled fish".

PROPOSED OUTLINE

By the end, this Introduction will motivate readers to discover how to prevent (or correct) their own tendencies to negativity —and how to help others.

Although this novel is not a true story. The results of police brutality and a overly loving heart and not knowing but needing to know is my inspiration. My novel is my result for refusing to remained trapped, mentally, physically, intellectually, and finically.

[3] What goes down, Must come Up! is the story of a college student Shawn Howard, a focused, inspired special effects student, whose life has been turned up side down from being laid off with college tuition due in less then a week, races neighborhood watch turned city cop watching him, and the murder of his mother. So he thinks why not Rob the city bank!

[4] Rents due!, another pressing matter like a cherry sitting ever so softly on top of this mountain of never ending problems; and Mr. Chow is standing right there with his arms folded. Lucky for Him he has a neighbor like Lezy to shine some light during his dark hours.

[5] Determined to learn Shawn hangs on to ever word that comes out Mr. Washington's mouth, Piper Lee schemes up "Operation Rob the bank successfully "—a sure plan to fix his tuition problems. But as soon as Shawn sees his way out, he is suspected of murdering his mother Ms. Shirley Howard, suddenly how things change.

[6] Readers will identify with Shawn and the hardships he was facing, he stayed focused and never stop believing that he can change his own life, as long as he put enough thought into it, I find him an appealing hero to learn that as long as you believe in yourself and if your not afraid to do what must be done you will and can embrace your future.

[7] This story, set in any metropolitan area in america, runs about 23,000 words and is somewhat similar to Higher Learning meets South Central with a little bit of limitless.
