Hi guys,
After speaking with a couple of smaller publishers, I decided it wasn't a good use of time to try to publish through them, so have decided to self-publish instead.
After finalising the printing last week, I have just sent the first edition copies out to everyone that has placed an order, so they should be with you within 2-3 weeks!
