I relate to profit-makers, those who build-out ideas, take risks, make decisions, engage teams, and responsibly make their greater contribution to others. I'm a leadership and organizational development designer with decades of evidence that On-Purpose works, really well. And I'm a written and spoken word communicator who actually writes his own books.

The movement needs voice, a point person to cut the first path and invite others to follow and improve upon it. Prediction: CLOs will replace CEOs. By the end of the month I expect to have the second draft of the manuscript completed and in sufficient shape for my proofreaders to start reading and giving me feedback.
I have to tell you, I was really struggling with how to finish the book. I came up with a solid ending, but something was lacking. This morning I awoke at 5:10 am with an idea. I got up, headed for my laptop, said a quick prayer, and started to execute on my closing idea. Nailed it! But you'll just have to wait.
By the way, a new book cover design is being developed. I may come back to you for feedback on options.
