I relate to profit-makers, those who build-out ideas, take risks, make decisions, engage teams, and responsibly make their greater contribution to others. I'm a leadership and organizational development designer with decades of evidence that On-Purpose works, really well. And I'm a written and spoken word communicator who actually writes his own books.

The movement needs voice, a point person to cut the first path and invite others to follow and improve upon it. Prediction: CLOs will replace CEOs. The reception to the book is fascinating! The concept of a CLO has intrigue but we're so accustomed to CEOs that the specific need may not yet be realized.
