Update #16 - IT'S OFFICIAL! Book out this October 15th! May 2, 2019

Hey everybody!
I wanted to give you an update on the book.  The release date has now been firmly set for this coming October 15th, my daughter's 12th birthday!  It is already being pre-sold on Barnes & Noble in the U.S. and on sites I have found in Germany, Denmark, Norway, Japan, Korea and Mexico.  Not too shabby!  I've had several people ask if they need to reorder and the answer is "NO".  The orders you placed through Publishizer that you prepaid will, of course, be honored.  Once I get your copies in, I will be in touch about how you want them personalized, if at all.
By the way, my publisher, Pelican Publications of New Orleans, has just had the majority interest in their company purchased by Arcadia Press/History Press, the national outfit that publishes a ton of regional history books, so that is a good thing.  Pelican asked me to get some review quotes on the book and I was able to get country singers Charley Pride, Bill Anderson and Steve Holy along with WSM & Grand Ole Opry announcer Eddie Stubbs and  Jeff Cole of the Rockabilly Hall of Fame, and I am expecting one from the Country Music Hall of Fame as well.
Thanks again for your critical support!  Soon...
