Just a final, final note of thanks to everyone.  All pre-orders have been shipped and all domestic orders have been received, as far as I know.  I assume the international orders have arrived, but if not, then very soon.  Thank you all for helping me in this effort.  One final request:  Currently my book is #3 in Radio History on Amazon and #20 in Country Music.  I have four reviews and each are 5 star.  I am hoping each of you will take the time to post a brief review on Amazon of the book.  While it is up on Barnes & Noble, Target, Wal-Mart, Google and other places, Amazon does a ranking, so I am trying to channel the reviews to them to help raise those numbers, but I will take reviews at any of those other sites as well, especially Google, because there are none as of yet.
