In October of 2017, the United States Congress entertained the notion of exploring the “gig-economy” to determine if there would be a need to provide regulatory standards. In recent weeks, a study conducted by the Bureau of Labor Statistics released the data from their 2017 Testing of alternative workforces. The data came back incorrect according to experts such as Terri Gallagher,  Fiverr, the American Freelance Union, and many others. With appointed Officials preparing to present Laws based on false data, we unanimously agreed to hold this process until we have an understanding of the outcome.  It would be unprofessional to allow outdated content of such vital information to pass with our name attached to it.
