Update #4 - Featured as a Vegan Athlete on EagerForLife Blog Sept. 28, 2016

I have ridden close to 3,900 miles (of 4,262 miles total) on my bickpacking journey. I have taken easily 25 days off during this trip to use libraries to work on the cookbook and promote it to reach my goal of pre-orders. I'm currently at the Crook County Library in Prineville, OR. I will be staying one more night here in Prineville and head to Sisters, OR tomorrow morning. Sisters is most likely to be my last access to a library on this trip. I am glad that I'm close to the finish lines with both the book project and the bicycle travel. I have been able to get some press that relates to this journey and the cookbook. One of my recipes was published in the Pittsburgh City Paper in July; An Australian health coach wrote a blog post featuring me as a vegan athlete last week. Please share the blog with your social media connections. That will help get more pre-orders and possibly more press. I don't see share buttons on the blog so copy and paste the link to share on Facebook and Twitter, etc.  http://www.eagerforlife.com.au...
