Well qualified and educated; an alumnus of internationally renowned prestigious institutions. A rich 28 years of experience of working with one of the most prestigious organizations of Pakistan, extensive experience in the domain of Leadership, General Management, Human Resource Management, Change Management, and Institutional Governance.

Deriving motivation from my professional experience of leading and managing teams and from my master's research on emotional intelligence, I feel that emotional intelligence is the need of the 21st Century and it is a skill that needs to be developed in order to master oneself. In regard to this, I am always trying to explore and discover my inner self, strengths, and weaknesses, as well as always designing innovative learning agendas as to ward off my weaknesses and develop new strengths so as to revitalize myself. Through mastering myself and taking charge of my emotional intelligence, I overcame many adversaries and challenges in my life. One of the most difficult challenges was to make the decision to quit smoking; had been a chain smoker, smoking 1-2 packs daily since the age of 15 years. For almost the last 4 years, I have not smoked a single cigarette and all this was possible with absolute determination, will power, and through a strict check on my emotions.

I am fond of reading books and aspire to always learn something new. I have good writing, presentation, and voice-over skills. My mission is to transfer my knowledge and experience to everyone so as to work for the betterment of others and the society. At present I am pursuing my research at the University of Malaya under the able guidance of renowned professors. My thesis relates to emotional and social intelligence competencies from the perspectives of future leadership requirements with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Nadia Ali is the co author the book with her husband Agha Irfan. She hails from an underdeveloped province of Balochistan located in Pakistan .
Nadia is very dynamic and energetic lady who is always passionate about capitalizing on innovative ideas and aspires to pursue her entrepreneurial ventures. She is always committed to a constant, uninterrupted stream of learning, acquisition of new information and skills. She being a female entrepreneur is also a member of Islamabad women chamber of commerce and industry, Pakistan .She is a strong advocate of female empowerment especially in the developing world and always looks for opportunities to further support and develop them through her knowledge and experience.
Furthermore, Nadia has a strong passion of giving back to society and she dreams of an equitable society where everyone is free from physical and mental ailments. Although the task of studying was quite challenging especially while living a married life with young kids. Even then she achieved her desire. As a doctor she has worked relentlessly towards the healing, psychological and emotional well being of her patients especially female from disadvantaged background and senior citizens.
Nadia is of the view that as a doctor one must be aware of not only own emotions but also of others to use those effectively for the healing of patients. In this regard she considers poetry is a strong source of expression as it entails self realization,meditation , perception ,emotional well being and mindfulness. So she enjoys composing poetry and prose in her spare time, a hobby that later led her to pursue Master of Arts in literature. She is an avid reader and writer, and has been for quite some time sub editor of some journal of a prominent educational institution. She believes upon transforming the society through her knowledge and experience. She has also a vast teaching , pedagogical experience as she taught in some of the good schools of Pakistan to children of varied age groups .
Given to her versatile experience, Nadia brings to this book a good knowledge from the perspectives of psychological and emotional well being of persons.

Nadia 's methodology is to help others and take them out from miseries and sufferings. She is always positive and practices and preaches positivity with her entire multi dimensional skills and talents.
