Why I Am Writing this book:
I bring more than four decades of intricate experiences across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, a Fortune 100 company, international business, startups, and executive coaching.
I have held roles in complex organizations, worked across industries and cultures, built and advised businesses, and coached executives, founders, and accomplished professionals through significant professional transitions.
I have also experienced career disruption firsthand, including being one of 2,500 people whose positions disappeared suddenly when a global conglomerate restructured. That was not the only time my career changed without me choosing it.
This led me to see our working lives differently. Careers and life move in intervals. Some we choose. Some choose us.
My MBA, ICF Professional Certified Coach credential, decades of practice, and established audience have given me both the professional perspective and lived experience behind this work.
For decades, people have told me I had a perspective worth sharing and should be writing books.
