Lori and myself just completed our trip to Ireland. It was always our dream to go. Though someone was worried about me on a plane, all went well.
I was able to mostly keep up with the group. I did have one of my headaches that laid me up part of a day and night. Also, at one point while walking I felt my head going and thought a seizure was happening. I stopped to rest and get my bearings. Lucky for me it past.
The high point was a walk back to the hotel one evening. During the walk I purposely fell back from the group and then jogged about 30 steps.
Never stop pushing forward.
