Kasper van der Meulen is an author and lifestyle adventurer. He went from being overweight, burnt out and unhappy, to developing superhuman focus, fitness and personal freedom. After I spent two months in a situation when I could not practice my regular daily routine, I really felt the need to reorganize myself.
I had the chance to read Kasper's e-book: Mindlift, that you can use as a great tool if you are planning to make a change in your lifestyle. The book is a well selected collection of methods, tricks and tipps. With many of them I was already familiar, and some were new to me too. I think it is very useful that Kasper have put on paper in one relatively short book, all of these "hacks". It is easy to use, and reread time to time. He also inspires you to use your body as much as you can, so most probably you won't read it in one piece, because you will move around. :)
