"Life is what happens just outside of your comfort zone"
Yesterday was a tumultuous day filled with tears and feelings of overwhelm. Major fear was coming up for me around the new levels of visibility I've stepped into by launching my book campaign for "Motherhoods not for punks.
My decision to share more of myself, my story, and my wisdom with others requires a much deeper level of faith, trust, and vulnerability than I am comfortable with. And at the same time I know in my gut that's its time to push my edges, get uncomfortable again, and make a much bigger impact in the world with Who I BE.
So I decided to get up, wash my face, put on some cute clothes, and head out with my friend Samantha Madhosingh to shine my light and share myself at the Tasteful Tuesday's Networking event. It was the first networking event I've attended in over a year. But when making big leaps you have to position yourself to meet new people and be open to new possibilities.
Thank you to all of you for holding energetic space by sending prayers, love, and light to me yesterday. I felt it.
