Chapter IX: Pink Floyd
On entering this new chamber Limbo still had a buzzing dizziness after just breathing in a sweet purple mist moments before hand he was absolutely overjoyed when he saw who he thought was, no believed was his sister Dusk appearing weak cold and semi conscious. Her ankles and wrists had been chained to the wall she was leaning against. her filthy starved naked body was covered with scars and grazes and fresh deep gashes that must've been caused by several slashes from one of the Ork guards whip. If it hadn't been one of the Ork guards it likely was the sleazy and cruel Norat the Conqueror. So often did he get a sadistic pleasure from inflicting pain and suffering on his prisoners.
The girl was gradually becoming responsive, Limbo was pleased that he finally was reunited with his sister but every so often he could swear that he was seeing flashing images of his ancient mentor Janna-Sees's concerned face trying to warn him about something. As he looked at her face he noticed something odd about Dusk, her eyes were sunken darker and lifeless, her lips were fuller, darker closer to a thick blood red, she licked her lips when looking at him behaving very weirdly possibly slightly incestuous, which in any situation was incredibly disturbing and very out of character. He realised that she had been through all kinds of unimaginable forms of torture some probably physically intrusive and even moments of rape from Norat himself but Limbo just wasn't buying this behaviour she was just a subtle doppelganger displaying negative echoes of a corrupt imitation of Dusk. "You know you want to touch my body and lick me all over! You always have brother" The lusty girl pleaded as she groped at her body crawling and tugging at the chains. Limbo was even more convinced that this vile hussy was not his sister disturbed or not. He did something to her that he would never do to his sister or another woman. He pulled back his hand and flicked it at great speed back across her face knocking her out with one strike. As soon as the girls head bounced back and thumped the wall behind her she transformed into a colourless, genderless mushy bipedal creature that lost its form and appeared to melt into a squishy gooey liquid. Ruthael tapped a stunned Limbo on the shoulder and signalled him to hurry because it was quite possible that they were running out of time. "He's not moving, probably in shock!" Tobias observed "I'll grab him and carry him while we go to rejoin the others" Ruthael, Joshua, Dyer and Confused the Monkey lead the way back down the passage and onto the right path that the others had previously taken. It was a good hour until Joshua spotted Harold and Collip in the distance they were standing still and not doing anything because in front of them blocking their path were Norats' Ork guards; Ecurb, Veets, Kicnaj, Aved and Naadri each wielding large swords, battle axes, spiked maces and other rather vicious melee weapons.
