Anshu did her Masters of Engineering in India and moved to Silicon Valley to pursue her career in Software Engineering. She worked in the corporate environment in Software Engineering and management roles for over 20 years never really having the time to think about herself or what she really wanted from life. She lived a life of stress and pressure for most of her life starting from her childhood and living her life to please others.
Anshu was always keep to learn ways to combat stress in her daily life. She practiced yoga and meditation for many years. As Anshu's life shifted, She decided to pursue her life purpose of making a difference in health and wellbeing of people around the world and since then she has dedicated herself to studying, teaching and exploring various ways to live an optimum and vital life.
She founded 'The Pleasure Revolution' to inspire people to live a life of Pleasure, Vitality and Aliveness. Anshu is a writer, public speaker and entrepreneur living her optimum life and she aspires to bring her work to the world. She teaches yoga, meditation, facilitates breath work sessions for trauma and emotional release and holds her signature workshops and retreats in various locations through out the world.

Dear Friends, Family and Readers,
Today is the biggest Indian festival called Diwali - the festival of lights. It’s the beginning of the new year for many and is considered a time for new beginnings. The festival is celebrated to honor the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, and good over evil. I wish abundance of love, health, peace and prosperity for all of you.
On this beautiful day of lights, I am delighted to share with you that I finished my manuscript last week. I interviewed many editors and decided to collaborate with a wonderful editor who has helped edit many Hay House titles and some popular titles like 'We' and 'The Goddess Revolution'. She ‘gets’ my book and the intention behind it. In collaborating with my editor, I aim to produce a very high quality product that I hope will make a positive difference in your lives.
Once again, I am so thankful for your love and support. Without you and your energy behind my project, I would have never done it. There are so many books that don’t see the light of the day because authors get stopped by fear. I have my share of fears too, but I have no choice to stop, I am committed to delivering a great book to all of you. Your love and support is the light that has won over the darkness of my fears.
I have talked to some publishers and I am still in the process of figuring out the next best steps to bring this book out. Traditional publishing can take 1-2 years for the book to be released. I don’t have that kind of patience to wait so I am leaning towards self-publishing the first edition of the book so I can send you your books as the new year 2019 begins. New year is a great time to receive this book as you would have tools at your disposal to make 2019 a great amazing year.
