An accomplished innovator and entrepreneur, Leesa has 12 years experience as a Company Director and 18 years experience leading companies into new markets with turnovers from $4M to $14B USD. Today she leads as Chief Reputation Risk Officer and Managing Partner, RL Expert Group Limited, a boutique reputation risk management consulting practice based in Asia and serves as Board Advisor to Prezly (BE), Autoscout Inc (USA) and Fashion Match (KO).

For her work in sustainable investment and environmental, social and governance risk analytics Leesa was recognised in 2014 by Global CEO Magazine as one of the world's Top 100 Influencers in Corporate and Social Responsibility. For her work in reputation risk management and technology, she was recognised in 2011 as one of the top 3 Innovators in the UK by Women in Technology.
Using academia to sharpen her saw for more than 8 years, Leesa collaborates as an Adjunct Corporate Communications at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business, Singapore Management University. Her classes include Risk Issues and Crisis Management and Content Strategy for Creative Communications.
An avid writer throughout her career, Leesa has published with a variety of trade publications including StrategicRisk Magazine, IR Magazine and Network Dessous.
In 2014, Leesa graduated with an Honours equivalent, Global Executive MBA from TRIUM a collaboration of HEC, NYU and the LSE. She also holds a Masters in Management (Marketing) (USQ) and Certificates in Sustainability Strategies (Harvard), Risk Management (Australian Graduate School of Management - UNSW) and Technology Entrepreneurship (Stanford). She is a Certified Reputation Manager and the Asia licensee of the Reputation Institute.
