Suzanne Miller

Suzanne M. Miller, known to many as “Dr. Suzie,” enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking despite it going out of vogue. Wearing many hats is standard, whether it’s jumping into the deep end of parenting with two kids under two; authoring and publishing articles and books in the varied genres of children’s literature, travel, business, science, and health policy; or working as doctor and businesswoman.

Dr. Suzie honed her love of books and writing through studying history and science at Harvard College, and then hopped the Charles River to attend Harvard Medical School. Thoroughly chilled after eight years in Boston, she headed west to train at Stanford University in emergency medicine. A serious infection with the travel bug has allowed Dr. Suzie to make footprints on seven continents through teaching, doctoring, and traveling internationally. She currently splits her time between the east coast of the United States and Sydney, Australia.
