Aga Gajownik grew up in a small village in Eastern Poland, but has lived in London, Paris, Italy, and Brazil. She speaks Polish, English, Portuguese and Italian, as well as a bit of Russian, Spanish, French and other languages based on where she’s travelled.
She has worked with hundreds individuals and various organizations in different countries, supporting them in their mission to empower women. She has a particular love for South America, especially Brazil, and has continued to work with accelerators, organizations like SEBRAE and local universities to support entrepreneurs in building their companies.
Prior to her business consultancy and brand activation for startups and social entrepreneurs, she worked as a coach supporting women entrepreneurs in their personal and professional development using I&I Formula she developed with her business partner in 2010. Aga has a Master in Management in a Virtual Environment from Koźmiński University in Warsaw and BA Management with French from Middlesex University in London.
