I'm an artist, mentor, chef, teacher and dreamer, a hopeless romantic. I believe that there's good in everyone and that the world will be a better place if we all strive to leave a positive legacy for the time we spend on this earth, enjoying the life it has given us.With a career that spans forty plus years starting as a soldier then apprentice then chef, manager, owner,leader and teacher and learning and growing as a person, experiencing some amazing adventures, some good and some bad, I now find myself needing to be me.Expressing myself through my art and sharing my view of the world. I've been married for most of my career to a wonderful woman who has been by my side through thick and thin. We've not had children and I think that's why I love to teach and mentor the youth around me. Leaving something worthy of my existence is very important to me.
