I am a failure, entrepreneur, inventor, innovator and farmer from India. Mostly people know me as the “Failure Guy”.

Further, I am a speaker and trainer in field of “The Art of failure” and is been conducting workshops and sessions on how to understand, accept and overcome the fear of failure.
I had graduated from Marine College (MERI-Jadavpur University) and worked in Merchant Navy. Post that I have worked with numerous small to fortune 500 companies in different capacities for a decade. Now, I am currently working full time on my startups for the last two and half years.
In 2016, United Nations and iCongo has chosen me for the Rex Karmaveer Purushkar and Rex Karamveer Global fellowship.
I also conduct the “Art of failure” workshops which aims to mitigate the fear of failure among students and working individuals. This workshop aims to reduce the chances of depression and helps people to find inspiration to accept and fight themselves for the failures in life. How to remain always positive despite failing numerous times. How you can increase your creativity amidst the failure environment.
