Quanetta J. Milburn but for my books am going by L.M. Banks - A name that I have now adopted as my pen name. I have been writing poetry and short stories since the early age of 11 years old. I am a single mother with one daughter. I work a 9 to 5 job at a law firm. I have been in the legal field for 12 plus years and even though writing is my 1st love and will always be, I plan to also further my career by going back to college to pursue a degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Creative Writing, so that I may keep creating books, as well as screenplays or theater productions.
