Viya is the founder of VIABIZ Coaching and Consultancy based in Singapore, who is accredited as the 1st Gallup Strengths Coach in Taiwan, listed in Greater China region and Gallup Top 50 Club coach in Singapore. She is an ACC business coach, a senior consultant and a business leader on ways to improve individual, team and organizational performance.
She was in charge of the business management in APMEA region, who making billions dollars decision in her executive roles in the retail business, management and marketing sectors more than 20 years.
Viya speaks regularly to leadership audiences and business leaders and has been quoted as an industry expert in many media and business publications. She helps clients transform their organizations to meet their most critical business needs by implementing best practices in customer and employee engagement, business strategy, strengths-based development, brand and leadership development.
Viya holds a Master's Degree in Marketing Communication from Michigan State University in the USA, a Global Leadership Program Certificate from Thunderbird University, an ACTP Certificate from International Coach Academy Australia, and an ACTA Certificate from WDA Singapore.
