Alexandru Oprean is a Lecturer in Physical Education and Sports Faculty at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University. He holds a PhD in Sports Medicine and is a Rugby Strength and Conditioning Head Coach.
He has already published two books in this field, one with an international publisher and one with a Romanian one. He has good experience as a rugby player and strength and conditioning coach in the first Romanian rugby league.
