The author is an economist and management educator by profession. He has worked and lived as an academic in several countries, including the USA, France, Italy and Turkey. Currently, he lives in East London with his wife, daughter and four-year old grandson along with son-in-law. The author is passionate about good food, particularly Italian. This is the first time, the author has ventured into writing a cookbook.
The author has postgraduate degrees from Virginia Tech, USA and Oxford Brookes University, UK. Previously, he has written a few books in the field of economics and public policy. The latest book published in June 2014 was on the Sovereign Debt Crisis and Economic Sustainability.
