To repatriate in carcerated Veterans into the community.
2. Reduce prison recidivism, and
3. Improve public safety by addressing the educational, employment, healthcare, housing, and family relationship needs of former prisoners re-entering society by providing support and connection to needed services in the community after prisoners have been released.
