Briana Martin was born in Oklahoma and raised in Bronx, New York. At a young age she discovered a passion for writing and capturing the power of words.
As a first generation college student, Briana earned her Bachelors degree in Social Work with a Minor in English at the University of Vermont and her Masters degree in Student Affairs Administration with a certification in Teaching and Learning in Postsecondary Education at Michigan State University. She is a Student Affairs professional at her first alma mater where she enjoys encouraging, counseling, and supporting students. She is in current pursuit of a 200-hour yoga teacher certification and Healing Touch Energy work.
