Elle Kaye is the winner of several short story competitions and also enjoys writing poetry. She grew up in Israel and came to Australia in her youth. After graduating high school, she studied English, History and Languages at the University of Sydney. Elle now works as a teacher and is an avid reader and aspiring author. She is particularly interested in tensions between religion, gender and intellectual freedom.
