Jasveer Malaney, is an award winning Executive Leadership Coach, who helps managers become more effective and influential in their roles by elevating their leadership abilities.
Jasveer has over 27 years of global experience working with World Bank, Scotts Holding Group and Kelly Services. She led her first team at the World Bank at the age of 23.
Like everyone she struggled in her career but through experimenting and developing systems to cope, she managed to learn ways of elevating her leadership abilities and deliver consistent results saving her company millions of dollars through streamlining operations and HR.
Over the last decade Jasveer has worked with over 150 leaders in Fortune 500 across the banking, IT, pharmaceutical, insurance and travel industry.
She has coached leaders from UBS, RBS, Barclays, Novartis, Pfizer tapping into her sharp business acumen to help clients implement actionable solutions to get results.
Jasveer believes that leadership is a life long journey and continues to invests in coaching, training, self learning in order to better serve her clients.
She also has received the Prime Minister's Award in 2002 by the Singapore Government after suggesting the Telephone Reminder Services which in it’s pilot year saved half a million dollars and has now been rolled out to all hospitals globally saving hundreds of millions of dollars.
She is one of the few Professional Certified Coaches certified by the International Coaching Federation of Singapore and an active contributing member of the Asia Pacific Alliance of Coaches (APAC) as well as with the and has served on the boards.
