With a background in self-empowerment training and development, Serwa earned her Bachelors and Masters of Art degrees in Organizational Management. Spending decades as an adolescent advocate in the public and private school system, Serwa understands the critical nature of developing young minds. She has made it her life’s mission to assist young women reach their full potential by creatively fostering positive self- image.
