Derek graduated from the University of Maryland of University College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Finance and Psychology. He has been a student and a graduate of The Online Trading Academy, The Real Estate Education Group, and the Resonance Academy. He served five years in the United States Marine Corps, and has spent a couple years as a professional, successful poker player. Derek co-hosted a podcast “Tim and Derek Do What They Want” for fifty episodes where he discussed a variety of topics relating to finance, psychology, and current political events.
