Hello Possibility Partners . . . OMFG! Writing a book is an endless journey! I obviously missed Labor Day target date for the book -- now shooting for New Year's Eve.
The good news is my editor has provided lots of feedback re edits. And this is the most humbling experience of my life.

Attended a two-day, virtual, HR Culture Summit last week and found my tribe! I am so inspired with the workplace revolution that is occurring re Virtual First and People First Cultures and Best Practices that are being created. Happy to send you my notes -- just send me an email request.
Recommend book, Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don't Know by Adam Grant. Especially intrigued with the reference to the Dunning Kruger effect, which resulted from studies that indicated a lack competence is when we are most likely to be brimming with overconfidence, which compromises our self-awareness and limits any learning that can occur.
By the way, in the two-day HR Culture Summit, the two top skills leaders need in today's world are self awareness and empathy, with empathy being expressed as kindness and compassion.
