Andrew Rowan is an American entrepreneur who currently lives in Hanoi, Vietnam. Prior to moving to Hanoi in 2014, Andrew lived in Ho Chi Minh City for one year where he worked as a tech consultant and plunged into Vietnam’s startup scene. As Director of GKTA Group, he established a partnership with the €11 million ($13.1 million) Finland-Vietnam Innovation Partnership Program (IPP), which accelerates growth for startups originating in Vietnam and is supported by the Governments of Vietnam and Finland until 2018. Andrew regularly collaborates on innovation initiatives in Vietnam with the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi, as well as with Vietnam’s Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST). He graduated Beta Gamma Sigma and Pi Sigma Alpha from Sacred Heart University and holds a master’s degree in international business from Hult International Business School. His work has been featured by Tech In Asia, e27, Tech Wire Asia and BBC Radio 4’s Today program; and he has presented at the University of California, Davis and New York University on the topics of startups, innovation, and economic growth in Southeast Asia.

So, what's taking so long?
Well, in the final stages of editing the biggest issues were the flow of the book (pulling the 10 chapters together in a cohesive fashion), updating data (also getting some last-minute quotes in), and spotting other miscellaneous items that needed attention with every read through. The good news is that we are almost at the finish line!
When I receive the final proof, I have to review it. Once I approve the final proof, then it will be sent out to you via email.
