It's Cathy's passion to inspire a ‘love your life’ attitude through yoga, meditation, and speaking engagements. She is passionately living her 'Third Act' and loving her life's work.
Cathy Mines is the Founder and Director of Wellness at Reach Yoga, organizing and facilitating Yoga, Meditation, Personal and Corporate Health Programs. A certified Yoga Instructor since 2003.
Cathy's curiosity and desire to understand what makes people thrive in happiness has sent her on an educational journey that continues to this day. Cathy's educational happy place is the study of the Quantum Field and keeping up with the latest conversations about how we create can our own reality. A graduate of the Transformational Arts College Spiritual Psychotherapy Program as a Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Peace Ambassador, Ally and Pilgrim.
It is Cathy’s mission through her brand 'Reach Yoga Lifestyle' to end unnecessary stress in our lives, by calling us into a lifestyle that thrives on laughter, healthy relationships, creativity, kindness and a desire to live to our full potential.
It is Cathy's passion to create a safe and sacred environment for truly enjoying transformation in our lives. Her vision, seen through a very expansive lens, takes her students on a journey inward, cracking open their personal potential and activating an “I Love My Life” attitude!
Reaching outside the world of yoga, Cathy has been found on the TEDx stage, and as a frequent event speaker, inspiring women by sharing her desire to thrive in all aspects of this life.
Participants of Cathy’s programs enjoy her open heart, contagious optimism and wise ways, immediately feeling that they have found the right person to help foster their wellbeing.Cathy is passionately living her dream and loving the work that she does. You can find her running programs in and around Toronto or walking in the city forests.

Hello Fiery Friends!
A few more weeks to go before we have physical copies of The Eight Sacred Responsibilities in our hands but we are on schedule and all hands are on deck for a successful launch of the book.
This week I hand in what I believe to be the final edit, but I am learning every day what the process requires and I keep stepping up to the tasks. Kirsten, my Dear Friend and Editor has been incredible. Keeping me on time, in order, and focused on this project even while she has her own busy travel schedule. She is never to busy to make sure I am staying on schedule :) and more importantly she is never to busy to lovingly hold me accountable to my own project, to my own success and to my own dreams. Everyone needs a friend or two like this!
I think of all of you each day as I write and dream this book into reality. I think of how all of you have backed me with your pre orders, your enthusiasm and the amazing supportive comments and messages you have sent along the way. It matters to me that you all know that I believe in you too. And although I have disappeared the last few months into my contemplation and writing bubble you are all on my mind and my heart. When I take writing breaks ( don't tell Kirsten!) I look at the list of all of your names and I send you my gratitude... I take your kindness and support seriously and I let it fill my heart as I continue to write.

When a Sacred Woman holds another accountable she does so with ease and grace, with humor and love. A Sacred Woman will always see our beauty even on the days we can’t see it ourselves. When a Sacred Woman holds us accountable we feel respected and inspired by her and we learn from the Sacred Woman how to hold our own selves accountable in Sacred Responsibility without judgment or shame.
