Synopsis

The focus of this book is to share a leadership framework and guide at a local, regional, and national scale to grow up, design, develop, and implement sustainable community and economic development that lifts up life for all within that environment. This book is a manual of the "How To" for designing a community plan, being strategic in electing your leadership, decreasing drugs, getting community, addressing and understanding poverty, community well-being, information that is given away and the cost of doing so, the cost of living wage, veterans and homelessness, test in the community market, and so much more. If you are or anyone you know is seeking to improve living, work and life conditions for your family and your community at large this book will help you to take on the challenge, collaborate, build your teams, devise your plans, and complete the tasks to see the fruits of your efforts through to fruition. 

I am writing this book because I have worked, researched and sought diligently to discovery how the issues that create economic disparity can be decreased and potentially eliminated from a leadership vantage point and what that type of leadership should look like. I believe this is a possibility that can be achieved on a connected collective national and global scale. With a participatory framework the positives  of community and economic development will be showcased.

Audience

The audience for this book are those considering leadership, those already engaged in a leadership role, community advocates, business leaders, voters, those that want to make a difference for themselves, those who want to improve community and economic conditions, those looking beyond a job and seek a career, anyone concern about environmental factors, anyone wanting additional information about transforming educational access and opportunities. This book is ideal for leadership turnaround and transformation targeting the educational arena, non-profit sector, small and corporate business leaders seeking to build well-being for and among their teams, communities looking to invest in children, those focused on addressing inequality and or mobility issues for rural and urban communities, communities addressing "invisible poverty". In 2015 non-educated men in the prime of age in New Mexico earned the average income of 48K while the same age men in Ohio earned the median income of 35K with neither income level being suitable for sustainable living or well-being. The Forbes Magazine article "The World Has Changed and Leaders Have to Change Too" appeared online February 18, 2019. 

The discussion, guide, and design of this book is how to focus in on and make the needed changes to improve and empower leadership within the local, regional, national, and international arenas that effects us all

Promotion

My promotion campaign includes; connecting and sharing the launch with my followers on social media currently at 3200, individuals around the world. I will create new social media campaigns to expand my followership. Additionally, I have followers that view the videos I create and post on YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. I will create photo slideshows regarding the book, and create videos associated with the new book. I will link the book launch to my new media page and my existing business websites, and create a new business page on, LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter dedicated to the new book and link the information to existing pages I have on social media for additional traction. In addition I will contact my web hosting providers to expand my "branding" on the internet and increase my website rankings, and visits. I have upcoming speaking engagements for corporate entities in the the U.S. as well as in Switzerland. In April 2019 I have been invited to meet with national media to potentially become a contributor on the topic of leadership for a national network. I have written and had articles published in global online magazines. Lastly, I attend various business and community events where I will be able to promote my new book.
