About the author

Galit lives and breathes the Million Dollar Mindset Method that she shares in this book, beginning with her decision at age twenty-one, after graduating with a degree in Business Administration from UNLV, to dive straight into the field of commercial real estate. This was 1995, when the average age of a commercial real estate agent was 40 and over 90% of the industry was male. She made a choice at that time to pave her own path to success using many of the methods she shares in this book.

Today, she owns 4 businesses and is a globally recognized public speaker and award-winning entrepreneur. Galit understands that to be a person of influence is meaningless unless the recognition is used as a means of helping others. As a commercial real estate broker, she owns and operates Commercial Professionals, where she has sold over $700 million in commercial property in Las Vegas over the past 25+ years.

After enjoying a lucrative career as a real estate expert, Galit went back to school when she was 38 as a mompreneur of 3 kids and earned her Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She felt a bigger calling and decided to start working with women to show them how to get out of their own way, and to accomplish their goals of having their own successful business.

From there, she began a one-woman mission to empower, inspire and motivate others to believe in themselves. Whether by using lessons from her first book, The Successful Woman’s Mindset, offering innovative strategies for HR as a corporate trainer, or raising the productivity of others as an executive coach, helping others is her true passion. That passion and energy are palpable. What sets her shoulders above the rest is her unwavering belief in others, and her insistence that the levels of success are limitless when we get out of our own way. 

Galit’s success did not go unnoticed. She has received many awards and is globally known for her work with charities and nonprofits. Her accolades include: 2023 Women of Impact Award, 2023 Women who Wow, 2023 Women Leaders to Watch, the TMG Entertainment Silver State Award for Entrepreneur of the Year, the Woman of Distinction Award for Professional Services from the National Association of Women Business Owners, the TMG Entertainment Silver State Award for Best of the Best Local Motivational Speaker/Coach, and the Hero of Change from Amare’ Magazine. She was named Infinity Business Magazine’s Top 5 Female Professionals You Should Know, one of Real Vegas Magazine Top 100 Women, and was an honoree for the Nevada Women's Chamber of Commerce Athena Award in Leadership.

She has also graced the covers of Magazines including Top 100 Real Estate Agent, Women in Biz UK, Exeleon, Las Vegas Woman Magazine and more. She was inducted into the Nevada Women’s Chamber of Commerce Leadership Hall of Fame and was named an Unsung Hero by Las Vegas Sun. She volunteers her time and plans multiple events for the women and children of The Shade Tree Women's shelter every year.  

As a sought-after internationally recognized public speaker, she has appeared on ABC, NBC, and Fox as an expert on mindset, leadership, and business. She brings her talents to corporations to train employees on leadership, effective communication, and the importance of cultivating a successful mindset. 

She is a past president of Commercial Real Estate Women, Women of Global Change– Las Vegas, a board member of The Collaboration Center Foundation and Board member of Commercial Real Estate Women. She works tirelessly to make a difference in the lives of others, both in her community and throughout the world. In 2020, she started a new business, Everyday Woman, during the beginning of the pandemic.
