In addition to executive coaching, Kristina offers individual and group career/life coaching privately, as well as in affiliation with New York Women in Communications, Working Mother Media and The Muse, and is the founder of The Women's Mosaic (TWM), a nonprofit organization that has produced over 100 diverse, dynamic events over 10 years for more than 5000 women of every background to connect to themselves each other and the world around them.
She holds a B.A in International Relations from Boston University, and has taught extensively for New York University’s Center for Hospitality, Travel and Tourism and the Center for Career, Education and Life Planning for more than 15 years. Prior to founding TWM and her speaking/coaching career, Kristina was Vice President of Sales for two printing and corporate gift firms, and was Director of Passenger Services for an educational travel company arranging tours for Harvard, Yale, Smithsonian and the American Museum of Natural History.
Kristina was also listed as one of Hispanic Magazines Top Latinas of 2004, received Tango Diva’s 2007 Diva Visionary Award and was honored by the WNBA’s NY Liberty as part of their 2009 Inspiring Women Night. Interviewed as one of the 'inspiring women and peacebuilders around the world' she can also be heard as part of Peace x Peace Voice x Voice archives and has also been featured in Forbes.com, Inc. Magazine, Psychology Today and The Huffington Post

Hello!
Wow, I can't believe it's been a month since the campaign ended - as of February 19, I ended up with 210 pre-orders of The Smoothie Principle! (There were some technical difficulties on the last day and a few folks were able to get their orders in after Valentine's day <3!)
Thank you once again - if you are receiving this email it is because you are someone who believes in me and this project and it means so much.
Since the campaign was just shy of the 250 needed to be pitched automatically to independent publishers, I have been spending the past several weeks catching up on a bunch of things, including getting the manuscript in more robust shape, and then will see what kind of interest I can attract that way. Currently, the 12 publishers interested on this platform are hybrid or service publishers, but I want to be sure I explore all my options to get it out there via a more traditional route. This means the process might take a bit longer than anticipated, so I appreciate your patience and I will keep you posted along the way.

It's been a very interesting experience so far writing The Smoothie Principle as it is part memoir, and reviewing one's life like this has been kind of fascinating and bizarre as it makes me realize more concretely how much has changed in our world in a relatively short amount of time. I might sound a little mysterious about this but you'll know what I mean when you eventually read it!
