Known for her dynamic, ‘inspiring’ and ‘down-to-earth’ unique yet practical perspectives on the topics of career development, work/life wellness, communication and personal growth, she has presented to organizations such as Saatchi and Saatchi, UBS, Ogilvy & Mather, HR Association of NY, Center for Court Innovation, American Women’s Business Association, the Junior League and New York’s Science, Industry & Business Library.
In addition to executive coaching, Kristina offers individual and group career/life coaching privately, as well as in affiliation with New York Women in Communications, Working Mother Media and The Muse, and is the founder of The Women's Mosaic (TWM), a nonprofit organization that has produced over 100 diverse, dynamic events over 10 years for more than 5000 women of every background to connect to themselves each other and the world around them.
She holds a B.A in International Relations from Boston University, and has taught extensively for New York University’s Center for Hospitality, Travel and Tourism and the Center for Career, Education and Life Planning for more than 15 years. Prior to founding TWM and her speaking/coaching career, Kristina was Vice President of Sales for two printing and corporate gift firms, and was Director of Passenger Services for an educational travel company arranging tours for Harvard, Yale, Smithsonian and the American Museum of Natural History.
Kristina was also listed as one of Hispanic Magazines Top Latinas of 2004, received Tango Diva’s 2007 Diva Visionary Award and was honored by the WNBA’s NY Liberty as part of their 2009 Inspiring Women Night. Interviewed as one of the 'inspiring women and peacebuilders around the world' she can also be heard as part of Peace x Peace Voice x Voice archives and has also been featured in Forbes.com, Inc. Magazine, Psychology Today and The Huffington Post

Hi Everyone!
I honestly can't believe we're headed into the last week of Summer (well, unofficially, but come on, after Labor Day we're mentally into the Fall!) I hope you enjoyed it and had some fun and relaxing times!
I spent a lot of time since Memorial Day working on The Smoothie Principle, and let me tell you, writing a book is no joke LOL! I've mostly been putting down "raw material" in each chapter, but also, Publishizer came back to me and asked for another type of proposal with an outline of anecdotes and sample chapters to send to publishers. That then became my focus - creating and editing the material to the format they requested - and that took a long time!
Once I submitted it on July 1st, I asked to get some feedback, which I did, and then made revisions to incorporate their suggestions and clarify a few points. As of August 14th, it's been in Publishizer's hands to do their magic and query editors....
Putting this type of proposal together was not easy, but definitely got me even more energized and excited about how The Smoothie Principle can help so many folks in these transformative times. I've got my work cut out for me!
SO, that's where I'm at right now, just wanted to keep you posted. I am beginning to understand what a long process this can be, so I thank you for your patience as I continue upon this journey.
