Book One of The Yoga Trilogy
The story of a coward's transformation into a champion on the backdrop of a fantastic world of knights, mages, mythology, philosophy, treachery, and jaguar spirits. Not necessarily in that order.

Hey everyone!
Big update today. I recorded another podcast yesterday evening. It was with my friend John Vallis. It will be posted to YouTube. I will post the link when it is available. We have a long chat - lots in there. I hope you enjoy.
I am lucky enough to have a friend deeply entrenched in the local media scene (thanks, Katie!) I will be interviewed on On The Go with Francesca Swann this coming Wednesday on CBC, so keep your ears peeled for that. There are a few more media spots in the cooker and I will be sure to keep you up to date on that.
Finally, I've released a new short story! It is set within the world of The Yoga Trilogy and it explores a few of the characters (some who you won't see again until Book Two - The Yoga of Pain!) It is very light on the "meaning" type stuff - this is a gritty story with a bit of magic and a lot of underbelly. If you couldn't be bothered with yoga or mythology, this is the one for you. Irvine Welsh, author of Trainspotting, is one of my favourites and a huge influence on my writing. You will definitely notice it in this one.
Parental advisory here, folks. This is raw.
We are getting there, but we have a long way to go to 750 preorders! It is still doable! Please ask your friends to have a look! Here is the way I am selling it to people:
If you're into yoga, check out my essay, Courage. If you're into mythology, read Athena. If you're into fantasy, check out The Ballad of Rolf. If you're not into any of it, stay tuned for another essay dropping soon, Majesty. I will update you when that arrives.
Many thanks and much love,
Andrew
