Awakening the Future of Health Care

How do we move away from the overworked, underpaid, stressed out lifestyle that permeates society, creating chronic illness and constant worry?
Unburdened Health explores improving health on a personal level, by looking at changing current structures in community, national and global support systems. This will inspire you to transform your health, your life, and build a better world for your children.

Update #6 - Give your Toddler or young child practice in self awareness Aug. 21, 2020

Hello friends!

I'm so grateful for the amazing support you are showing me!

I'm not a natural salesperson, I would rather connect with you on an emotional level, so please reach out if you have any questions or want to chat more! kelly@unburdenedhealth.org

I love all the beautiful notes of encouragement, they are everything! ❤

Do you know anyone with a toddler or young child who would love to encourage a lifelong habit of self awareness, especially during challenging moments?

In my bonus options, I offer a personal Mindfulness Workshop for your Toddler or Child with you and up to 20 friends (with Toddlers or children)! (In person within reasonable distance or a live online format)

The Toddler experience is called Excited, Grounded, Growing and is an interactive class to introduce mindfulness and meditation in fun and memorable ways!

The Children's class is called Motivated Moving Meditators and engages children in the same concepts within an age appropriate framework to have lasting strategies for self-care!

This option includes 10 copies and 1 digital download of the book!

Please share this information with friends, or gift this class to a loved one.  It could be of great benefit to many.

Again, please accept my sincerest gratitude for your support.

So much love to you all!  💜

Love, Kelly
