The book has just been typeset and I gave it another hard-copy proofread at the weekend. It'll go to the printer shortly and I'll request a paperback proof copy to inspect, make any changes, then request a second proof (I want to make sure you get the best quality product available). Then we're good to go and you should receive your order late September early October.
