An art and design connoisseur and enthusiast, graffiti font aficionado. He believes in the virtue of simplicity, and this his Freshman attempt at realizing that philosophy, to which the keys to creative success are held.
It was during the evolution of my graffiti practice that it became desperately obvious to me that choosing colors was more than difficult, in fact it bordered on terrifying. so much time, effort and money would hang artistically on a color hunch. But rather then running from my anxiety i decided to confront it, i knew there had to be a solution i just had to find it and i did upon the realization that unique and interesting color combinations where flying around my neighborhood and landing on my porch. Unfortunately my search for a book that articulated this philosophy ended quickly because it did not exist. Since then a series of events, along with the practical application of my stubborn propensity for perfection, helped me progressively realize what i believe to be a worthy idea. And through practice and error over the last two years i have cultivated a technique of extracting colors by hand from high quality bird photos and digesting them in a easy to see and functional formate. The book i had imagined, i have created.

Thank you everyone and sorry for the long delay since my last update. Over the past few months with the help of publishizer I was contacted by a few publishers who were interested in publishing my project. Unfortunately because of the low number of pre-orders and the unusually high cost of manufacturing, production of my book was not financially viable after all party’s participating fees were paid (credit card processing, publishizers fee, editing and formatting fee’s from the prospective publisher). Some of these realities were not as obvious at first, but have slowly come to the surface through the correspondence I have been engaged in with production teams affiliated with the publishers who expressed interest. Thankfully Publishizer has recognized my projects unique issues with cost and have offered to reduce their fee in order to see this campaign to fruition and put my book in your hands. Moving forward updates will be more frequent as the ball starts to actually roll. To save cost I will be self publishing and manufacturing locally, this process will start this week as I reach out to local printers for sample sets to check their full color printing capabilities. I would like to thank Publishizer for allowing my participation on their platform and especially for dramatically reducing their fee to increase the realistic viability of my project that without would have resulted in a refund. Cheers, BG
